I love to write

WHY I WRITE?

I write to soothe the soul and to help with my well-being. Writing is within my soul – Uplifting and enlightening my life, giving me a chance to use this as a from of meditation and self happiness. I have worked for many years in inner city schools and in the evenings for the Youth Service. I am a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist and enjoy supporting others to a healthier life. I am passionate about the earth and nature and how nature can help change emotions and energy. I am also a relative of the famous ‘peaky blinders’. I still live in Birmingham, England and love its wonderful diverse culture. I will always be a ‘Brummie’ at heart. My books are aimed at rejuvenating and calming others

What is perfect for one person, may not be right for another. There are so many relaxation techniques, that it can be confusing, so confusing that we often rely on friend’s suggestions. Unless they really, really know you, I would try to discover your own path to calm. From dealing with overwhelming workloads, to learning how to meditate, dealing with bills learning how to be happier, about who you are and where you are going; this book guides you through various easy to follow steps, to help you with lack of sleep, work stress, dealing with Life’s distractions, and a look at relaxation techniques. The art of Calm is when you discover WHO YOU ARE, AND WHAT MAKES YOU CALM. Then the journey is much, much more pleasant, you are more likely to succeed when you consider YOUR PERSONAL NEEDS.
