Sometimes all we need is just a little bit of nature to soothe the soul. A moment of nature, can help rejuvenate your mind and make you think more clearly. Even myself, I live in a busy city. This can cause much stress, when in the rush hour, but a moment in a park, a walk or a visit on transport to a forest can really help you feel better. And then you are ready to take on the world again.
This week I aim to go to more natural spaces, but still love the little gems in Birmingham, such as the Peace Gardens.

Wondering what to do on the list has next? Can I EVER complete my bucket list? I am getting swept away into the daily chores, work, bills again? I think I need to re-plan my goals once more and remember to put my list on a wall or somewhere I CAN SEE this. Possibly on the door – Front door! This I am going to do today!
Step 1… leave list of things I would like to do (now and future, simple and complicated, no cost – or expensive) – on the front door. My bucket list contains really silly things such as dancing in the park – to more complex going to Sidney, Australia. A reminder each day of the things I would like to do. From going to a local exhibition, going to France, Devon, buying a new teapot and so on! Remembering SMALL STEPS, as I realise I cannot afford everything in one go, but just want to make sure I don’t forget these dreams.

Movement of days, DWELL DEEPER
They rise and fall as they lift my soul to happiness
turning forever to a point of realistic truth
EXCEPTANCE that I am not perfect,
healthy, or an idealistic version of comfort.

This beach is in Dorset. I visited here a year ago but the memory still exists in my head. My foot clearly in shot, taking a picture of the wonderful soft waves. A wonderful memory. Calming and gentle waves and time for me to think about the important things in life. NOT THE THINGS THAT DO NOT MATTER! I thought about myself for a change, my inner needs and my worries. My strengths and my weaknesses. it made me think more clear.
No matter if you are in a park in a city, a beautiful landscape or a small garden, it is very important to re-tune yourself with nature. To have the ‘real’ light on your face, instead of artificial light from your home. Take that moment – not to just go from one place to another – work to home, but to stop for one moment and find a park near where your live, and just breathe. Breathe in all its beauty.

Thank you all, you know who u are! Love you loads Today I cried! Because of happiness and exhaustion. I got the news that the cancer had NOT SPREAD. I didn’t tell everyone, I didn’t want people to worry. I kept it quiet for a little while, then I had the horrid trauma of telling my loved ones.
I WISH I COULD HAVE PRIVATE HEALTH CARE!!!
Thyroidectomy done. Bit of a crazy scar on my neck.. The hug monster is back! I’m a lot stronger than I realised, and filled with hope. I’m back! Hit it, kicked it! And over it! Still a little sore and a little fragile, cancer is.. horrifically hurtfully invasive… Horrid! Thank u everyone u have been so kind. reading, your words has helped me more than u know xxxx
What really kept me going this last few months is meditating Quick Meditation Page and writing, it really helped with my mental well-being.
